SHARE INFORMATION In 2019 approximately 76 million Boskalis shares were traded on Euronext Amsterdam, half the amount traded in 2018 when Boskalis was still included in the AEX and MSCI Europe index . The average daily trading volume in 2019 was slightly more than

299,000 shares (2018: 598,000). In the course of the year, the share price increased by 5.9% from EUR 21.47 to EUR 22.73. The market capitalization increased by nearly 4% compared to the end of 2018 to EUR 2.99 billion.
